Established in April 1995, Zhuhai Yueling Plastic Co., Ltd. is located at beautiful Xiaolin Science and Technology Industrial Park in Jinwan District of Zhuhai City with a land area of more than 16,000 sq.m. and a plant area of over 10,000 sq.m. At present, the company is mainly engaged in manufacture of the following products:

1. Tray

      It has two sheet production lines and 16 sets of high-speed molding machines. Its products include PVC, PET, PS, PE, PP, HDPE, ABS and other packing trays for electronic components in five categories including anti-static, conductive, ordinary and silicon-free ones. Among them, conductive trays are divided into carbon black and printing ink ones. Printing ink conductive tray is the latest product developed by our company, which is applicable to the flexible circuit board with high cleanness requirement as well as the packing of printed circuit board.

2. IC Pipe

    Our company is equipped with 38 extrusion production lines, including machines that can make products of ф45 to ф65. These production lines can fabricate plastic pipes made of PVC, PC, PE, PET, PS, ABS and so forth for IC product packing, which are divided into three categories including ordinary, anti-static and conductive ones.

3. Disk, Black Box

     There are various kinds of equipment from model 275T to model 350T, which comprise the injection production line. The production line can produce plastic disks and black boxes made of HIPS, PVC, PC, PET, ABS and so on for IC product packing, which are divided into three categories including ordinary, anti-static and conductive ones.
 

4. Carrier Tape

     We are specialized in production of carrier tapes with widths ranging from 8mm to 104mm and fully in conformity to EIA-481 standard. No matter what size and how complicated the electronic component shapes are, all the Yueling Carrier Tapes are able to satisfy your demand. We can provide carrier tapes matching a variety of components for clients. Yueling Company has prepared complete molds, through which we can professionally customize carrier tapes for a series of components.

    We can offer customized services to meet your requirements. And we have strict control measures on materials quality and processes, and perfect operational workflow norm, so the product sizes present a perfect stability. Meanwhile, we can also provide self-adhesive cover tapes, heat-sealing cover tapes so that the compatibility between carrier tape and cover tape may be ensured.

5. Mold

     In our mold workshop are three CNC milling machines as well as lathes, grinders, ordinary milling machines, wire cutting equipment and other mold processing equipment, through which we can quickly provide accurate processed molds so as to ensure product quality. Engineers have the overall abilities to design tray, IC pipe, disk, black box and carrier tape, produce molds, and deliver samples.

    The company passed ISO9000 Quality Management System Certification in 2000, and ISO14001 environmental management system certification in May 2005. From 2005 to 2010, it has been holding the Certificate of Green Activity issued by Canon Company. What’s more, it obtained the Certificate of Green Activity granted by SONY Company in 2009.
